一、 教学目标
1. 学生能准确复述story time各人的周末活动。
2. 学生能正确使用句型What do you do at weekends?与同伴谈论周末活动。
3. 学生能理解并正确使用动词三单式。
4. 学生能理解四个频率副词并正确使用。
5. 学生能通过谈论周末活动,为自己安排好愉快、有意义的周末。
二、 教学重难点:
1.理解并正确使用动词三单式,理解一般现在时。
2.能使用频率副词谈论周末活动。
三、 教学过程
Step1.Warm up
1. Greeting
2. Free talk
Today we still learn Unit7 At weekends. First ,let’s talk about weekends.You see,there are seven days in a week.From Monday to Friday,we should go to work,go to school.We call them weekdays. On Saturdays and Sundays, we shouldn’t go to work. They are weekends.
Do you like weekends? Why?
Step2.Review the story
1.I think Mike, Helen, Su Yang and Su Hai like weekends too. They all have nice weekends.
Q: What does Mike do at weekends? You can look at the pictures.
Ss answer.
Review Helen, SuHai and Su Yang’s weekends activities.
2.Retell the story

1. Read and think: How to change the verb.
2. 归纳动词原形转换成动词三单式的原则
3. 归纳后缀-s或-es的读音。
4. Let Ss ask my weekends, learn the words: always, usually, often, sometimes
通过标记显示,比较这四个词,让学生说一说这四个频度副词的区别。
5. Pair work: Let Ss talk about their weekends ,then show the dialogues.
教师随机提问What does he/she do at weekends?检测孩子们是否听清楚听明白了,同时也
检测孩子们动词三单式的运用。
