教学反思：本课上下来，感觉最大的优点是整个教学环节十分流畅，由整体语篇输入到分部分感知理解再回到整体，每个环节紧密衔接，对于语篇中一些新的词汇句型的处理也比较恰当，既注重分解、渗透和补充，又不过于拘泥于此，把重点放在语篇的理解上。不足之处：还是有一些走教案的感觉，有些环节展开不够，学生的操练还要进一步厚实。比如电话用语，是重点也是难点，练得还是不够的。只是过了一遍，太单薄了。应该给予充分的时间去操练去实践。同时，对学生综合运用语言交流能力的关注和培养还要进一步加强。
