《Unit9 Shapes》教学设计

一、教学内容

《义务教育课程标准实验教科书•牛津小学英语》5A第九单元第一教时（Look, read and learn, Ask and answer）。

 

二、教学目标：

1.能听得懂、会说、会读和会拼写单词circle， square , diamond , rectangle , triangle , star，及其相应复数形式 。

2.能听得懂、会说、会读和会用句型What shape is it/ the…? It's a… What shapes are they/ the…?They’re…

3.能联系实际生活，充分发挥想象力，在情景交际中综合运用本课时涉及的词句。

 

三、教学重点

1.能听得懂、会说、会读和会拼写单词circle, square, diamond, rectangle, triangle, star及相应复数形式。

2.能听得懂、会说、会读和会写句型What shape is it/ the…? It's a… What shapes are they/ the…?They’re…

 

四、教学难点

1.能听得懂、会说、会读和会拼写单词diamond, rectangle, triangle

2.能用英语描述常见物品的形状。

3.能综合运用所学句型和单词，在适当的情境中正确与他人进行对话和交流。

 

五、课前准备

1.教具准备：多媒体课件，投影仪，三角尺、书等实物。

2.学具准备：铅笔，一张白纸。

3.板书准备：黑板上预先写好课题《Unit9 Shapes》。

 

六、教学流程

Step1 Warming up (3m)

Daily report

c. What’s the weather like today? /How’s the weather?

Step2 Presentation and practice (25m)

1. 对话引入 (3m)

T: Boys and girls, what are you doing now?

S: We’re....

T: Yes. But today, we’ll have an Art lesson.

T: This is an Art lesson. And we’ll learn how to draw a picture with shapes.

2. 呈现新知 (22m)

T: Now, let’s know some shapes. Look, what’s this in English?

S: It’s a football.

T: What shape is it?

S: It’s a ….（板书：circle）

Teach: circle (sir  shirt  thirty)

T: Good. Now, work in pairs. Ask and answer like that with your partners. (S: Practice)

Step3 Consolidation (12m)

1. Make a dialogue (6m)

T: Good. Now, let’s make a dialogue according to the picture.
