四、            具体教学过程：

Step1. Greeting and Free talk

     Hello! How are you?

     Today is Friday. I’m happy.

     Are you happy?

Step2. Pre-reading

   1. We are happy, but look at the girl, is she happy?

     Who is she? Why is she sad?

     What’s the matter with her?

     She is hungry and cold.

教学单词hungry, cold

  2. Now we are her friends, let’s help her, you can use the sentences:

Here’s… for you.

Here’re … for you.

出现一些食品和服饰，帮助学生完成句型练习。

  3. Pair work

Let’s talk to the little girl,

A: What’s the matter?

B: I’m hungry and cold.

A: Here’s… for you.

  Here’re … for you.

B: Thank you.

4. 出示小女孩的家：Look at the girl’s house. It’s very poor. She has nothing to eat. She is hungry and old. We all have a nice family. So we are happy. So does Liu Tao.

出示刘涛的家，介绍他的家人。

Step3. whole-reading

1.      watch and choose

看A部分动画，完成选择: What’s the matter with Liu Tao?

2.      learn the new words: thirsty, tired, ill

根据图片猜测单词的意思。

3.      practice：利用rhyme,操练新单词和句型：what’s the matter?

4.      Read and match

 Thirsty: a glass of water

 Tired: go to bed

5.      Underline the key sentences: Here’s … for you.

                           Why don’t you…?.学习该句型。

6.      Ask and answer

A: What’s the matter?

B: I’m …

A: Why don’t you…

B: OK!

1. Act the dialogue

2. Retell the story: Liu Tao is a lucky boy. When he is thirsty, mum says: Here is a glass of water for you. When he is tired, dad says: Why don’t you go to bed? His mum and dad care him every day.

3. In the world, there are many people, they are not lucky, they need our help.

出示一些贫苦人的图片。

4.Remember：Happiness is to help the others.

              Try your best to help the others, the world will be better.

 Step5.Homework:

   1. Read the dialogue with expression.

（有感情地朗读课文。）

2. Read the story” New vagrant life of Sanmao”, fill in the blanks.

（结合插图，读《新三毛流浪记》，用本单元B部分单词把空格处填写完整，并读一读。）
