四、教学过程

Step1. Warm-up

1. Listen and sing a song《I can count from one to fifteen》

2. Free talk: Can you sing the song?

           Can you count?

Step2. Presentation

1.Review the old words: eat,drink,sleep,run,talk

2.T ask :What else can you do?

 Learn the word: jump

 Say the rhyme：Jump, jump, I can jump, You can jump, We can jump.

3.Learn the other new words like that: skate,swim

4.Ask and answer

  Can you ...? Yes,I can. /No,I can’t.

Step3. Story time

Pre-reading

1.Look at the picture: Who are they? 

 Learn : basketball, play basketball

2.Watch and answer: Can Liu Tao play basketball?

At first,he can’t play basketball.He’s not happy. Let’s read sadly: No, I can’t.

3. How to encourage others? Learn the sentences:Have a try.

While-reading
