Step1.Warm up
1. Song: Let’s Enjoy a song <<Numbers>>
2. Greeting: Good morning! Nice to meet you!
Welcome to my English class! Today we’ll have a happy trip together. Have a good time! Shall we go now? Come on! Go with me!
设计意图:通过歌曲欣赏和演唱,活跃课堂气氛,营造英语学习氛围。问候语和导入语带领孩子们进入游戏般的课堂教学。
Step2. Presentation
1. Game castle
First, let’s go to the game castle.
Game1.: Magic eyes(出现一些数字的漂亮图案,让学生大声说出,在此过程中顺势教:eleven, twelve)板书:eleven, twelve
Game2: puzzles 出现两列字串,找出规律并填上正确的数字。Step3.Practice
设计意图:通过游戏,学习本课新单词,并且通过复现,进一步巩固这两个有一定难度的单词。三年级的孩子,注意力集中的时间有限,通过游戏教学可以有效地吸引孩子的注意力,提高课堂教学效率。
2. Learning garden
T: Good job! You’re so clever! Look, the gate of the learning garden is opening for us. Let’s go and have a look.
1. 引出课题,学习单词o’clock, time和句子What time is it?
T: (出示一个钟面)What’s this? It’s a clock.
Listen, it goes tick-tock tick-tock.
学习单词o’clock。
T:It can tell us time.教单词time。
T:Today we’ll learn Unit6 What time is it? 板书课题。
2. 操练句型What time is it? It’s …
ppt显示钟面时间,师生问答:
T: Look at my clock. What time is it, please?
S: It’s eight o’clock.
T: Yes. It’s time for class. 板书class。
3.师生操练(连续两组对话,学习生词:breakfast, lunch。教breakfast时,询问:What would you like for your breakfast?)
4. work in pairs.生生小组合作,练习句型和生词。
句子:It’s time for lunch. 出示tips:It’s time for…(school/class…)表示做什么事情的时间到了,该做某事了。
5. chant: What time is it? It’s seven.
Time for breakfast.
What time is it? It’s eleven.
Time for lunch.
What time is it? It’s six.
Time for dinner.
Don’t be late.
Dinner is ready.学习单词dinner.
设计意图:本环节主要扫除课文学习中将会遇到的许多生词新句,降低后面课文学习的难度。本环节通过图、声音、韵律诗等手段,帮助孩子接受新的学习内容,符合三年级孩子的身心特点。

1. Before watching, I have a question for you. 动画看完,回答第一个问题。
2. It’s about Liu Tao’s day. Let’s read the story, then finish the table.
呈现图片1.T: Let’s look at the picture.
观察图片,回答时间。Where’s Liu Tao? 学习单词bed.(板书)
What does mum say? 学习 Wake up.
3.呈现图片2.T: Liu Tao is late. He runs to school. What does Miss Li say? 学习日常用语:Hurry up!

设计意图:本环节重在培养孩子的朗读习惯,在模仿朗读中形成良好的语音语调。朗读方式多样化,避免枯燥。

告诉他人现在该干什么,可以说:It’s time for…
叫别人起床,可以说:Wake up!
催别人赶快,可以说:Hurry up!
设计意图:通过总结归纳,突出本课所学的重点句型和句子。由于三年级的孩子自主归纳总结的能力还不强,本课又是通过各种游戏进行串联,知识点稍有凌乱,为使本课扎实有效,本环节必不可少。
