三. 单元分析

1   地球是人类共同的家园，她给人类提供生存的空间和资源，使人类在这里生息繁衍。现如今全球面临资源短缺、环境污染、生态破坏这三大危机，作为地球公民，师生有责任就“保护地球”这一话题进行探讨。教师在教学过程中要紧密联系生活实际，引导学生热爱地球、保护地球。

2    本单元围绕话题“保护地球”，主要学习句型We use water/ plastic/ wood/ …to…的用法，并运用句型We should/ We should not…为保护地球提供具体的建议。

3        在教学过程中，教师要善于抓住学生的兴趣点，充分利用多媒体、实物、简笔画、照片等媒介，加上生动的语言和形象的体态语，使语言点的训练密切联系生活，使学生们爱说乐说。

4    建议用六课时完成本单元教学内容。

2.      Watch and match

2.  Make posters

T: Yes, we can do a lot of things to protect the Earth. As green guards, we should perform our duties. Look, my student in Yancheng made a poster. Let’s make posters, too. And let more people know how to protect the Earth. OK? Now discuss with your group members and write down your suggestions about protecting the Earth on the posters.
