教材分析：

Story time功能：通过描述圣诞节来临之际，Mike和家人一起准备和庆祝圣诞节的一系列活动展示圣诞节的有关知识。帮助学生强化语言知识，训练语言技能，着重培养学生的阅读理解能力。本板块的故事既是很好的阅读材料，讲述了Mike和他们的家人开心度过圣诞，向学生传达了西方国家关于圣诞的知识。这则故事的最后we all have a good time为学生提供了想象的空间，为教师组织课堂教学提供了多种可能性。
